If you are making the payment from your account at another financial institution, you can make a loan payment through our automated system using a debit/credit card or your bank routing and account number. Payments will post in 1-3 business days. Please note this is not an internal processing procedure and therefore there is a cost for this service. The $10 fee charged is a portion of the cost to Greater Iowa. Click here for the online loan payment center.
You can also make a payment at no cost by enrolling in Greater Iowa online banking and linking your account from another financial institution. The initial account linking process can take up to 5 business days, but future payments could be made as quickly as the following business day. Click here to review our online banking user guide for full step-by-step instructions on enrolling in online banking and setting up external account transfers.
