Contact any Member Service Representative or call 800.296.9064 during regular business hours. - Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. - Saturday: 9 a.m. to noon In addition, the application itself has a very extensive "Help" section to assist members using the service for the first time. Online chat is also available.
